CHURCHILL Manitoba and the Polar Bears

Ok, so we are new to the whole idea of a blog.  This one is months late but we will publish it to get the process underway.       I have returned from an amazing 10 day trip to Churchill Manitoba.  Currently, I am working on getting photos ready to post in Recent Adventures - to share with everyone.   In our images with polar bears, we always hope for snow, but it was a rare commodity this trip. In fact, it literally melted away before our eyes.  Our group experienced frigid white outs and gaps of sunshine.  The bears were around and I feel lucky to have seen a sow and 2 cubs for the first time.  The group of friends I travelled with cannot say enough about our hosts at the B&B.  Fabulous people.  I was honoured to be able to share this adventure with great people I call friends, they made the trip extra special.  Some day I will get Sarah and Carolyn there to show them the magic of the Churchill Polar Bears.
